Decay Mechanic

Stacking Mechanic

When the equipping character's Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, the corresponding DMG increase rises by 10% up to 60%. Each attack type can only trigger this once every 0.1 seconds, allowing the full buff to be reached in 0.6 seconds if hits are constant. Since the stacking is based on a hit detection, it works even if damage is shielded. This effect also triggers while the character is off-field.

Special Mechanic

The final part of the Passive Skill states: If the party possesses [ Hexerei: Secret Rite effects ], then when the equipping character's Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, it will instead increase the DMG dealt by all categories by 20%.This means the buff that took 0.6 seconds to fully stack now only takes 0.3 seconds.

When Venti is on-field, both his Normal Attacks and Burst deal high-frequency damage, allowing him to easily trigger the stacking condition. Since his attacks land far faster than one hit per second, he maintains the full DMG bonus for Normal Attacks, Skill, and Burst.

If the [ Hexerei: Secret Rite effects ] is active, the stacking efficiency is even higher. Even without the Rite, Venti's high attack frequency ensures he easily maintains the maximum DMG bonus.

Furthermore, activating the Rite and triggering a Swirl Reaction with his Burst provides an additional 50% DMG bonus to the corresponding character.
