| Genshin Impact Luna IV New Artifacts Sets
In Version 6.3, Genshin Impact will introduce two new artifact sets: one for the Lunar Reaction, and one exclusive to the Hexenzirkel.
Winds of Rising Time
2 Set: ATK +18%.
4 Set: After Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hit an enemy, gain "Blessing of Wind and Ballad" for 6s: ATK +25%.
If the wearer has completed "Witch's Homework", the effect upgrades to "Resolve of Wind and Ballad", additionally increasing the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 20%.
This effect can still trigger even when the wearer is off-field.
Dawn Song of the Morning Star and Moon
2 Set: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4 Set: While the wearer is off-field, Lunar Reaction damage is increased by 20%.
If the party's Moonsign Level is at least Ascendant Gleam, Lunar Reaction damage is further increased by an additional 40%.
These effects are removed 3 seconds after the wearer takes the field
