Ruled by Pearl, one of the Ten Hearted, it stands as a paradise devoted to art, joy, and virtual transcendence. The citizens worship a new manifestation of the Aeon Aha, embracing a philosophy of endless delight and self-reinvention. According to archived company records, “Benzaitengoku was once a beautiful painting; under the company’s reconstruction, the world was reborn, and its people stepped into reality.” This statement suggests the new map will alternate between real-world and virtual layers, creating a gameplay environment that mirrors Penacony’s dreamlike design but rooted in performance, simulation, and cyber-fantasy.
From these details, it’s clear that Benzaitengoku was designed as a cyberpunk city inspired by Japanese cultural elements. Considering the recent political friction between China and Japan, it’s possible that HoYoverse grew concerned about potential sensitivities—or even received revision requests from cultural regulators—resulting in the need for additional time to adjust Benzaitengoku’s storyline.
Of course, there’s also another possibility: the development of the Amphoreus storyline may have consumed far more resources than expected, causing delays in subsequent version schedules.
Earlier leaks suggested that Benzaitengoku would debut in Version 4.0, but recent information seems to imply that our next destination might not be there after all. Additionally, “Benzaitengoku” was renamed to “Lafcadio” in the Chinese text of a DU Occurrence, which further adds to the speculation.

Idrila, the Aeon who once presided over the Path of Beauty, perceived the ultimate meaning of the world’s existence through the ever-changing cosmic landscapes. This perception of “beauty” inspired heroes, villains, and mortals alike to achieve astonishing—but often devastating—feats, revealing that the Path of Beauty is deeply tied to consciousness, insight, and values.
The concept of beauty itself arises from the pure goodness of the material world, sensed and defined by intelligent lifeforms. Idrila embodied this ideal, showcasing cosmic aesthetics to all who encountered THEM.

Idrila ascended to Aeonhood in the Agate World, Melustanin, after attaining the ultimate understanding of Beauty. However, THEY disappeared mysteriously in the Consternation Starzone, Lafcadio. The Knights of Beauty believe Idrila simply vanished, while the Mirror Holders claim THEY were shattered—a view widely accepted by scholars like Fu Xuan and the Astral Express Data Bank.
The Mirror Holders are collecting Idrila’s relics, the Mirrors of Transcendence, believed to be fragments of THEIR body, in hopes of reviving the Aeon. Their plan is cautiously supported by Fu Xuan and the Intelligentsia Guild.

| HSR Yaoguang Overview
Yao Guang (Chinese: 爻光) is one of the seven Arbiter-Generals of the Xianzhou Alliance’s Cloud Knights. Known for being “cautious and sophisticated,” she presides over the Xianzhou Yuque and is often referred to as the Seer Strategist.
Following the Stellaron Crisis on the Xianzhou Luofu, Yao Guang took a keen interest in the incident. She requested that the individuals involved in smuggling the Stellaron—Luocha and Jingliu—be transferred to the Yuque for interrogation via the Deca-Light Refraction Barrier, before being escorted to the Xianzhou Xuling for formal trial.
During the Luminary Wardance Festival, Fu Xuan, the Luofu’s Master Diviner, was summoned to the Yuque to be questioned about the events surrounding the crisis, marking her first direct encounter with Yao Guang.
Yao Guang also conducted interrogations with Luocha and Jingliu. During these sessions, she discovered that the two had merely feigned accountability in order to secure a meeting with the marshal—revealing in the process their “Godslayer Protocol,” a plan to assassinate Yaoshi.
When questioning Jing Yuan about the Stellaron Crisis, Feixiao remarked that had Yao Guang been present instead of her, their conversation would have been far less cordial—something she had foreseen in advance.
Later, during a meeting with Jing Yuan, Feixiao, and Huaiyan, Yao Guang relayed the results of her interrogation of Luocha and Jingliu through the Yellowbell system. She also divined that the Luofu would soon receive an uninvited visitor—one who would ultimately become a valuable ally in the Xianzhou’s impending war against Yaoshi.
| Does Phainon Have an SP Version Coming?
According to some leaks, there will be no main-feature SP Phainon for at least the next two years. Amphoreus also has no plans to rewrite its ending the way Penacony did. The current roadmap continues the story of Amphoreus as it stands now, without retroactive narrative revisions.
It is virtually impossible for an SP Phainon to appear within two years—and that does not imply it will necessarily become possible afterward. One of the biggest obstacles is that the Chrysos Heirs of Amphoreus hold equal status, making it difficult to select and promote a single Heir as a standalone SP character.
Instead, the plan is to introduce a new character aligned with the Path of Remembrance to serve as the narrative lead in the upcoming Amphoreus sequel, rather than creating an SP version of one of the Chrysos Heirs.
