Harbor's Signature Skill: Cove

Harbor's signature skill, usually known as "C" skill. Equip Cove. Activate to form a Smoke in the select location. HOLD FIRE or ALT FIRE while targeting to move the marker. RELOAD to toggle targeting view. REACTIVATE to Shield the Smoke from bullets. The Shielded Smoke can be destroyed.

The cove is similar to Omen's dark cover. The shields is the highlight. This is the only skill to own a shield which is useful in installing spike.

Harbor's Ultimate Skill: Reckoning

The ultimate skill for Harbor, " X". EQUIP Reckoning. FIRE to unleash the full power of your artifact, releasing a surge of water that barrels forward to Nearsight and Slow enemies that are hit.
